GDPR

This statement sets out how NobleProg Limited meets its obligations under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for personal data submitted through this website.

1. Data controller

NobleProg Limited is the data controller. For any request concerning your personal data, contact alex.vlad@nobleprog.com.

2. Personal data we process

The personal data we process is limited to the fields of the inquiry form: full name, role or title, company, company size, industry, sector of interest, preferred dates, number of participants, budget range, your message and your consent confirmation.

3. Purpose

The data is processed to respond to your inquiry and to organise the programme you have asked about.

4. Legal basis

The legal basis for processing is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), given when you submit the inquiry form. You may withdraw your consent at any time; withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before the withdrawal.

5. Retention period

Inquiry data is retained for 24 months from our last contact with you, after which it is deleted. Where an inquiry becomes a confirmed programme participation, contractual and accounting records are retained for the period required by applicable law.

6. Your rights

You have the right of access to your personal data, the right to rectification, the right to erasure and the right to withdraw your consent at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your national data protection supervisory authority. To exercise any of these rights, contact alex.vlad@nobleprog.com.

7. No sale of data

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data. It is shared only with the partners directly involved in delivering the programme you have requested, and only to the extent necessary.

8. International transfers

Programme partners and host sites are located in mainland China, outside the UK and the European Economic Area. Where your data is shared with them, it is limited to what is necessary to deliver the programme. We put appropriate safeguards in place and will ask for your explicit consent where the law requires it.
