Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how NobleProg Limited collects, uses and protects the personal data you submit through this website.

1. Data controller

NobleProg Limited is the data controller for the personal data collected through this website. For any question about this policy or about your personal data, contact alex.vlad@nobleprog.com.

2. Data we collect

We collect only the information you provide in the inquiry form: full name, role or title, company, company size, industry, sector of interest, preferred dates, number of participants, budget range and your message, together with your confirmation of consent.

3. Purpose of processing

Your data is used to respond to your inquiry and to organise the programme you have asked about, including preparing a tailored itinerary and contacting you about your request.

4. Legal basis

Processing is based on your consent, given when you submit the inquiry form. You may withdraw that consent at any time.

5. Retention period

Inquiry data is retained for 24 months from our last contact with you, after which it is deleted. Where an inquiry becomes a confirmed programme participation, contractual and accounting records are retained for the period required by applicable law.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access your personal data, to request its rectification, to request its erasure and to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, contact alex.vlad@nobleprog.com.

7. No sale of data

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data. Data is shared only with the partners directly involved in delivering the programme you have requested, and only to the extent necessary.

8. International transfers

Programme partners and host sites are located in mainland China, outside the UK and the European Economic Area. Where your data is shared with them, it is limited to what is necessary to deliver the programme. We put appropriate safeguards in place and will ask for your explicit consent where the law requires it.
