Terms & Cancellation Policy

1. Registration and payment

A place is confirmed on receipt of a 30% deposit. The balance is due 30 days before departure. An early-bird discount of 10% applies to bookings confirmed 60 or more days before departure.

2. Cancellation and refunds

• Cancellations made 60 or more days before departure receive a full refund minus a 10% administration fee.
• Cancellations made 30–59 days before departure receive a 50% refund.
• No refund is given within 30 days of departure.
• The deposit follows the same refund schedule as the rest of the programme fee.

3. Programme changes

Host sites are confirmed per cohort and some visits are conducted under NDA. Where a confirmed host site becomes unavailable, an equivalent visit is substituted.

4. Participation and site rules

Participants agree to observe each host's site rules, including NDA terms, photography and recording restrictions, and health and safety instructions.

5. Travel and documents

Participants are responsible for their own visas, travel arrangements and travel documents. A visa invitation letter is provided on request to support a Chinese business (M) visa application.
